Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable once files or import links have been accessed.
When we will make it right
If a product is materially not as described, or a file/import link does not work, contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will fix the issue, provide a working replacement, or — where we cannot — issue a refund at our discretion.
Duplicate purchases
Accidentally bought the same product twice? Contact us within 7 days and we’ll refund the duplicate.
